What happens if my shipment arrives damaged?

If your shipment is damaged in transit, sign for the shipment but notate the damages. Take a picture of the damage, receive the shipment and call us. We will take care of the rest. Every shipment is packaged carefully and insured against damage. Occasionally it does happen but fortunately damage is rare.
