At The HardWood Outlet we believe that when it comes to renovating your home, the end result should be nothing short of perfect. We understand the importance of choosing the right product, for the right project, and we want to empower you to make a confident buying decision.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. It’s really that simple.

How Do I Qualify for a Refund?

To qualify for a refund, your product order must:

  • Be in its original packaging
  • In the same condition as it was when it arrived to your home or job site
  • Not have been used, installed, or marked in any way

Full Order Returns

In order to receive a full payment refund, your order must be returned in its entirety. This means every piece you received on the date of delivery must be returned in its original packaging. Once you have everything accounted for and packaged, we will arrange a pick-up of the product at absolutely no cost to you!

Partial Order Returns

If you’re looking to return only a portion of your order we can certainly accommodate your request.

Please take note of our Partial Order Return Policy:

  • If you would like us to arrange partial order return pick up, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs
  • All Partial Order Returns must be returned in their original condition and packaging
  • All Partial Order Returns must be returned within 30 days of their delivery date
