Balusters can be made from pine, KDHW or any other type of exotic Hardwood
They can be made square in a standard size of 44mm x 44mm
They can be turned in a standard size of CGS 1, 2, 3 and so on

Balustrades and Wood Species

Wooden balustrades can be crafted from essentially any species of timber (such as pine and KDHW, as noted above). Basically, if it can be polished it can be used as balustrading.
